Maud Level

UKCP-Registered Psychotherapist

For me, therapy is not about becoming a different person. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, so that you can relate to yourself and others with greater freedom, compassion and choice.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, low self-esteem, or a sense that something in your life no longer feels manageable or understood. Sometimes, you may also find yourself caught in patterns that are difficult to understand or change, or experiencing feelings and reactions that seem at odds with what you want.

I offer a warm, reflective, and collaborative space where we can explore these experiences together, helping you make sense of what you are going through and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
