I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.

I have worked in NHS, charitable and private practice settings, including Guy's Hospital and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, supporting people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties

I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, personality difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem, life transitions, emotional distress associated with physical illness, and challenges relating to identity, meaning and personal development. My experience also includes supporting people experiencing suicidal thoughts, feelings of hopelessness, and longstanding emotional and relational difficulties.

What draws me to this work is a curiosity about people's stories and the unique ways we make sense of ourselves, our relationships and our experiences. I believe that therapy can offer a space not only for relief from distress, but also for deeper understanding, growth and change. I understand psychological distress not merely as a set of symptoms to be eliminated, but as a meaningful expression of emotional experiences that deserve curiosity, exploration and understanding.

I offer therapy in both English and French.
